Shipping Policy

Domestic (within India) Shipping:

  • Our standard delivery time is 5-7 business days. In case of remote or outer locations it could take upto 9 business days
  • Standard shipping charges of Rs 100 is applicable on prepaid orders and Rs 200 on COD (Cash on Delivery)
  • Express Shipping option is available at additional cost. Please contact our customer care for further information
  • Business days do not include weekends and bank holidays
  • Please inform us within 24 hours if your parcel shows 'delivered' but you have not received it. Post that we will be unable to address the issue with our courier partners.

International Shipping:

  • Orders are delivered in 1-3 weeks, depending on the country.
  • Shipping rates are calculated as per number of products ordered and country of delivery.
  • Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchange on international orders.
  • You will get automated email updates regarding the status of your order.
  • Custom duties/taxes/charges may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country– We would recommend contacting your local custom office to inquire about what these rates would be for parcels being shipping from India to your country of residence. 
  • Upbeat Label is not liable to pay any duties or taxes, in case the customer refuses to pay – for any international order.

Return/ Refund Policy (for domestic orders)

We are sorry! Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on our products.

However, size exchanges can be initiated within 24 hours of delivery and has to be initiated and borne by you. If there is no size available for exchange, you can get store credit.
